No Refunds on Digital Products or Services

Due to the instant-delivery and instant-access nature of our digital products and consulting services, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after purchase for any reason, including but not limited to ebooks, courses, templates, toolkits, digital downloads, Zoom consulting sessions (whether attended or not), and any other digital products or services sold through this website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

This no-refund policy applies because:

  • Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be "returned"
  • Consulting time slots are reserved exclusively for you and cannot be resold once booked
  • Access to digital content is granted immediately upon payment
